Q. How Much space do i need?
A. The inflatable needs an extra 2 feet either side and an extra 10 feet for the blower behind and the mats at the front. so if an inflatable is 15ft x11ft you would need a space that is 25ft x 15ft.
Q. How and when do I pay?
A. We take a booking fee payment of £25 and a cash balance on delivery once the inflatable has been set up and our driver has gone through the safety instructions.
Q. Do I have to pay now if i book online?
A. Yes but not the whole amount all we ask is for a £25 booking fee to secure your inflatable this is redeemable against your booking the remaining balance is cash on delivery. If you wish you can also pay the full amount.
Q. Do I need to setup the equipment myself?
A. No our delivery driver will setup and pack away all the equipment.
Q. I have booked a hall can i have specific times?
A. Yes, Please call before hand so we can check to make sure there are no clashes. Our number is 07447920355.
Q. How long do i have the inflatable for?
A. The inflatables are delivered between 07:30 and 13:00 on a geographical round basis and then collected in the same order between 17:00 and 20:30. So every one gets their choice of inflatable for the same amount of time.
Q.How many children can go on at one time?
A. Each inflatable is different if you select the inflatable you would like to hire the maximum amount of children will be under the book it now button. This number is the maximum number of children as long as they are under 1.2 metres. The taller the children the fewer that can use it.
Q. What do i do if it rains?
A. If it’s a light shower its ok to leave the inflatable on. In the event of heavy rain first get the children off the inflatable and then switch off at the mains. Once the rain has stopped switch the unit back on and dry off with a towel. Don’t let the children go back on until the bouncing bed is dry to avoid slips and collisions.
Q. Can I have a later collection time?
A. Yes as long as this is pre-arranged when booking or sorted out with the driver on delivery( Extra charges apply)
Q. Do you have insurance?
A. Yes we have £5 million public liability insurance.
Q. Can you have an inflatable inside?
A. Yes, Please check the height of the ceiling when you visit or book the venue and check that against the inflatable of your choice before you book. If unsure call us as we may have been there before and are more than happy to help. For the bigger bouncy castles and slides we could also advise of a few local halls in our area.
Q. Can you put the inflatable on concrete/ tarmac/gravel/paving?
A. No sorry, due to the health and safety aspect it is not possible. As each anchor point would need 165kg securing it to the floor. The minimum on any of our units is 6 anchor points. So to satisfy health and safety the inflatable would need 990kg minimum to hold it down.
Q. Does the fan have to be on all the time?
A. Whilst the inflatable is in use it needs to remain switched on. If for any part of the day it is not in use switch it off at the mains and push the castle onto its self so its not laying on the grass. Do not let any adults, children or pets onto the inflatable whilst its deflated.
Q. Do I have to be there when you deliver?
A. There needs to be a responsible adult present that can sign our hire agreement and take responsibility and be held accountable for the inflatable whilst in use.
Booking Fee
Our booking fee is £25, this is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final hire price. The remaining balance will either need to be paid in cash to the driver on delivery or prior to their arrival via the payment link provided.
No booking is confirmed without a booking fee paid. If we receive a booking we will automatically send you a payment link, if not paid within 48 hours we will cancel the reserved equipment. If a booking is within this time a member of the team will contact you.
If you pay in full this will redeemed against your hire price.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fee
If you decide to cancel you can transfer the booking fee to a future date once within a 6 month period of the original booking date provided that you cancel with more than two weeks notice.
If we need to cancel due to adverse weather you will be offered to transfer the booking to another date or a full refund.
Full payment
If you decide to cancel the Full payment value minus the booking fee (£25) will be refunded.
For example full payment £80 - £25 (Booking fee) = £55 Refund.
You can transfer the remaining booking fee to a future date once within a 6 month period of the original booking date.
If we need to cancel due to adverse weather you will be offered to transfer the booking to another date or a full refund.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
