Katie's Kastles offer bouncy castle hire and inflatables for hire. We are based in Havant, Hampshire and cover the surrounding areas such as Hayling Island, South Sea, Gosport, Fareham, Waterlooville, Rowlands Castle, Emsworth, Chichester, Lavant, Northgate, Portsmouth and many more.

We offer a wide range of equipment for hire, Such as Soft Play, Inflatable Slides, Inflatable games,Garden Games and Bouncy Castles,Bouncy Castle with Slides, Disco Domes and Fun Foods, we also have a variety of themed castles and matching softplay available.

Inflatables for hire are always fun entertainment for children on any occasion be it a BBQ, Wedding, Birthday party, School fete, Christening or just a get together with school friends in the Holidays. If you're having an end of School/year party we can help to supply bouncy castles and inflatables of all shapes, sizes and themes.

With our online booking system you are able to check the availability on any of our inflatables and book right away. We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, however if you do need an inflatable for hire for the same day we will do our best to accommodate you (Subject to availability).

All prices on our website are for daily hire and include setup and dismantling of equipment and free delivery to a wide area. Click here to see the areas we cover.

The area where the Bouncy Castle is to be set-up should be relatively flat and layed to grass, you can have a path through the middle of the grass area as long as there are no raised edges.

We are covered by £10 million Public Liability Insurance for Bouncy castle hire.

Please note to avoid disappointment on the day, We will not put any inflatables in an area that we deem unsafe or insecure. For example front gardens, Open communal gardens or council land without permission from the local authority. We only put inflatables outside on grass, not any hard standing or artificial grass as we need to safely peg the equipment down. If you are unsure please call us before you book on 07447920355.

Suitable Surfaces

We can install Bouncy Castles on Grass outside but can set up inside a venue using sandbags.

Deliveries

During the busy summer months deliveries are made between 7:30AM and 12:00PM with collections starting from 5:00PM.

Should you require a guaranteed later collection time or overnight option please select this option at the time of booking.There is a charge for this option depending on the time of collection. Overnight hires are only allowed if our delivery team deem the site secure at the time of delivery.

Collections start in the same order that they were dropped off, The drivers routes are calculated for efficiency so all our customers get the maximum use out of their chosen bouncy castle, inflatable game, bouncy slide or Bouncy Combo unit.

We can also be flexible if you have fixed times for an event, church or school fete or your party is at a public venue please let us know the times in the comment section of the booking form.

All inflatables and other hire items need to be signed and paid for ON DELIVERY, If you are personally unavailable to sign for the equipment then please make sure another adult is available to sign on your behalf. View a copy of our Terms and Conditions here.

Weather

Bouncy castles should not be operated in extreme weather conditions that is why at Katie's Kastles there is no cancellation fee in the event of bad weather if you contact us before 8:00 am on the day of your event. No refunds will be available should the weather change after delivery.

We also reserve the right to collect an inflatable early should the weather be deemed unsafe, For example storms or wind speeds in excess of 24 MPH. In these conditions there is a highly likely risk of injury, If these conditions are also forecast for later in the day we would reserve the right to not deliver for these reasons.

Preparing for the delivery of your bouncy castle hire

1.Measure the intended space before booking making sure there is enough room to operate safely.

2.Make sure the grassed area is clear and relatively flat (NO:- Stones/dog mess/garden furniture/overhanging trees.)

3. Make Sure that access to the garden is clear. Please pay attention to the access width needed. If the access is not wide enough we may not be able to deliver.

4.Ensure an appropriate adult is available to sign a disclaimer and pay on the morning of delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking on the day if these conditions are not met.
